Returns & Exchange Policy
Follow the size guide to ensure you pick the correct size.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizes.
Customers have the option to replace defective products and we will be happy to cover the shipping costs of the exchange.
Unfortunately, we do not offer any refunds.
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please let us know within 48hrs of receipt.
The pictures of the products may vary slightly in colour or look. Tehillah will not grant refunds or returns if a customer feels the product does not look exactly like that in the picture.
Shipping Policy
We offer 2 shipping methods:
1) Local Pick Up (FREE)
If you live in the Kzn-Midlands area, collection can be arranged free of charge from a specific address in Hilton.
3) Pudo Delivery (From R60)
Pudo delivery can be arranged to your door or to a locker close to you. You will receive a notification with a PIN code for the pick up. We will be in touch to confirm the locker of your choice.
